Digital Marketer
As a Digital Marketeer, you are sharp on the figures and conclusions and you make recommendations to your colleagues and the MT. As mentioned, you are responsible for the technical marketing and you will be working on the various programs. For example, you will analyze what can be improved with Google Analytics, analyze and improve the e-mail funnels and the complete customer journey.
In your role as Digital Marketeer you will get a lot of freedom and you will become the boss of your own job and development! You will make sure that SEVEN. AMSTERDAM is put on the map and you will be enthusiastic about the results you achieve.
Job requirements:
- Your HBO work and thinking level;
- You have experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.);
- Experience with Salesforce is required;
- You are available 24 to 40 hours per week;
- You are in possession of a class B driving license.

Customer Service Boss
We are immediately looking for customer service employees who are ready for some extra depth. Come work in a young and enterprising team where you will quickly have responsibilities. You independently ensure the maintenance and further development of our customer service department.
You are responsible for maximum customer satisfaction of our customer network consisting of business and private customers.
- Handling incoming telephone and email traffic in Dutch and English.
- Devising appropriate solutions to complaints or issues regarding our record players
- Organizing returns in collaboration with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, etc.)
- Working in our Zendesk CRM system
- Reporting & feedback on notable customer cases
Job requirements:
- Education level: MBO, HBO
- You are available 16-24 hours per week
- Experience in customer service is a plus, not a must
- You speak and write very well in Dutch and English
What we offer:
- Part-time position of 16-40 hours per week (negotiable)
- Flexible to set up at home or in the office
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed
